Documentation updates
We update this help center whenever a feature is added, changed or retired. Newest first. For product changes themselves, see What’s new in the app.
Dashboards you build in your own words
Business Intelligence now opens on a Dashboards page. It lists every dashboard you can open and builds new ones from a sentence: you describe what you want to see, and the dashboard is drawn from the data you have access to, then kept as an entry of its own in your menu.
The new article covers what a built dashboard may read, how to build one, how it refreshes when you open it, how to update it with one more sentence, and what each build costs. A built dashboard is personal: nobody else in your organization sees it.
The Business Intelligence overview was brought in line: its menu now starts with Dashboards, which is the home page until you arrange the menu otherwise, and its cost section now separates the free standard dashboards from the ones you build. The menu screenshot was taken again.

Feeds becomes its own module, promotional codes, and desks that read a website
Feeds left Business Intelligence and became a module of its own, open to every account with no capability to switch on. Its folders and sources now live in the left menu, on every page, and the page itself is just the reader. The Feeds article, the Business Intelligence pages and the menu tour were rewritten around that.
Buy Credits now takes a promotional code, which adds free credits on top of a purchase without changing what you pay. The rules, the messages a code can return and where the free credits land are documented in Buy credits and in Invoices and credit history.
A service desk can now answer from a whole website. Its sitemap is read first, you pick the sections the assistant may read, and the pages are read again every night. That is a new article, and it also changed what “What runs by itself” lists as spending money while nobody is signed in.
Smaller: every page of the app now carries a Help center button in its footer, a re-purposed social post is drafted with the target network’s format skill alone, and the Activity panel has a Website job. The four articles added after the first draft (terms and privacy, exports and downloads, keyboard shortcuts, what runs by itself) were brought into line with their neighbors.

Articles can show the product
Articles can now show the screen they describe. Each screenshot is a capture of the real product, framed, captioned, and clickable to see it full size.
“Finding your way” is the first article with one: the home page, with the menu on the left and the header across the top. The rest of the help center gets its own as each article is next reviewed.

Every article shows the product
The help center is illustrated. 246 screenshots, taken from the running product, now sit beside the paragraphs they explain: one for the screen an article is about, more for the steps of a long flow. Click any of them to see it full size.
Every capture comes from a demonstration organization filled with invented data, never from a customer’s account, and each one was read before it was kept. Articles about something that has no single screen behind it, such as the questions list and the troubleshooting guide, stay text only.
